About Us

Migdal Ohr (Hebrew for “Tower of Light”) was established in 1972 for the express purpose of providing education and social guidance to the children from underprivileged homes in Israel.

Overcrowded apartments, one-parent families, orphans, homes with drug abuse, impoverished and crime-ridden families, are an example of some of the Migdal Ohr families. It draws overs 12,000 children at all levels of the educational spectrum. Its’ goal is to transform these students into loyal and productive citizens of Israel..

Zoharim Youth Village

The Zoharim Educational Therapy Youth Village was established to accept youth between the ages of 14 – 18, who are unable to find their place in regular educational frameworks.

Ohr Israeli

Israeli youth movement imparts Jewish values and traditions to youth across the country. Today the movement has 180 branches with activities encompassing more than 8,000 young people.
